Your role as a listener
What you do, and what you don't.
You do
- Welcome new members and explain the rules.
- Post the daily prompt and the week's question.
- Encourage quiet members.
- Notice men who may be struggling, and reach out privately.
- Refer men at risk to a counsellor, fast.
- Send a short weekly report.
You don't
- Act as a counsellor or doctor.
- Lend money or arrange loans.
- Share anything from the group outside it, except to the counselling team when a man is at risk.
