Handling conflict in the group
When men argue, insult, or blame women.
- Step in early, calmly, in the group: "Brothers, let's keep it respectful."
- Message the man privately. Most men respond well to being treated with respect.
- Remove posts that insult, threaten, blame women as a group, or name real people.
- Remove a member after a clear warning, and tell the project team.
